1. Mobile Device Unique Identifier
When connecting to Apnieyesp via a service provider that uniquely identifies your mobile device, Apnieyesp may receive this identification and use it to offer extended services and/or functionality. Certain Apnieyesp services may require our collection of your phone number. We may associate that phone number with the mobile device identification information. However, we will not use that phone number for telemarketing unless you have given us permission to do so.

2. Physical Location
Apnieyesp obtains your consent (an opt-in) before using information from pinpointing technology such as GPS and cell tower information. You will be able to withdraw your consent (opt-out) for the use of such information by Apnieyesp at any time – please refer to the relevant in-product notice. Apnieyesp may use and store this information, in combination with other location-based information such as IP address, billing postal code provided by your carrier or registration location, to provide enhanced location-based services, or to serve location-targeted advertising, search results, and other content. You can choose to make your current location data available to a third party widget developer by giving Apnieyesp permission to share this data.

3. Use of Information
Apnieyesp does not rent, sell, or share your personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies, except to offer products or services you've requested, or under the following circumstances:
· We have your consent to share the information.
· We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Apnieyesp under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Apnieyesp communicate with you about offers from Apnieyesp and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
· We are acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Apnieyesp will notify you before your information is transferred and subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Legal Process
Apnieyesp believes it must share information to investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, suspected fraud, emergency situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of Apnieyesp's Terms of Service or as required by law. We share information in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, requests from any n or foreign government, security, defence, revenue, regulatory or other authority, agency or officer, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

5. Account Information and Preferences
You can edit your Apnieyesp account information, including your marketing preferences, on a computer at any time. If you are not logged in, service limitations may prevent you from accessing the full functionality of Apnieyesp services or tools while using mobile devices. In that case, you may need to use a computer to connect to Apnieyesp.

6. Widgets
Apnieyesp shares some information with third party mobile widgets. If you add a third party widget, we will share information such as your country, preferred language, your mobile carrier, device type and browser type if we have it, in order to facilitate the provision of the widget. Third party widgets may also set cookies. You can choose to make your current location data available to a third party widget developer by giving Apnieyesp permission to share this data. Please note that third parties' use of cookies, information that is provided to them and your use of third party widgets, is subject to such third parties' own privacy policies, and not the Apnieyesp Privacy Policy or the Apnieyesp Mobile Privacy Policy.
